Abstract

The Music history is divided into several eras, each of which has its own characteristics and style that distinguished it from other eras. In the ninth century, the spread of polyphony began in Europe, which means polyphony, through lyrical performance without a instrumental until the Renaissance, but in the sixteenth century it was Music notation for instruments is able to convey musical ideas clearly, and with the development of the musical instrument industry so did writing methods.
With the advent of the seventeenth century, instrumental music appeared in the Baroque era, which crystallized and grew in the direction of cohesion, diversity and elongation. Many types of instrumental music flourished in it, such as the suite, sonata, concerto grosso, fugue and variations.
The researcher used the experimental method.

The practical side: It includes:
- The applied sessions of the author, in which the researcher explained the instrumental techniques and put simple exercises to facilitate the performance and finger numbering.
The research concluded with results, recommendations and a list of Arab and foreign references.
